The seminar lounges were fully multi-media equipped for interactive presentations during the training meetings and symposiums. The hotel proposal was chosen for easy access for participants, with the transport fully co-ordinated around the programme. Accompanying partners were invited to discover the Reunion flora in the Mascarins national botanical conservatory, offered a lunch-time tour of the Stella Matutina museum and enjoyed an excursion to the Maïdo peak.
